Zlatna Reka Resources d.o.o. continues to invest in expanding its local operations this year through the recruitment of additional professionals and the opening of a new Community Relations Office in Novi Pazar.
This step is part of the company’s broader commitment to operating transparently and in line with relevant regulations, as well as international environmental, economic, and social standards. The new office will provide more direct and accessible communication with citizens, local institutions, and all interested stakeholders.
“We recognize the importance of our operations for the entire local community, which is why it is essential for us to be present and available for all information and suggestions from citizens’. Our doors are open to everyone,” states the company.
Zlatna Reka now employs 40 local professionals and staff, representing a 50% increase compared to last year.
Alongside its operational efforts, the company has launched several initiatives aimed at supporting environmental sustainability. One such initiative involved the planting of 2,000 tree saplings on Rogozna, with the next reforestation activity scheduled for June. These initiatives reflect the company’s long-term approach, focused on building meaningful community partnerships and maintaining a lasting commitment to environmental responsibility.
