Zlatna Reka Resources has continued its reforestation efforts on Rogozna, carrying out another tree-planting activity in which 2,000 young saplings were planted across one hectare of land. This is one in a series of plantings taking place in 2025 as part of a broader program aimed at preserving and restoring the natural environment of this mountainous area.
The planting was joined by members of the local community, including athletes from the Trnava Cycling Club, the Novi Pazar Women’s Volleyball Club, and the Novi Pazar Martial Arts Club, as well as students from Djura Jaksic Primary School. Their participation and engagement once again demonstrated the importance of collective action in protecting the environment and fostering a culture of ecological responsibility.
The initiative is part of a comprehensive and carefully designed program focused on protecting and revitalizing the natural assets of Rogozna. In the coming period, a total of 14,000 seedlings are planned to be planted, contributing to biodiversity conservation, improved soil quality, and long-term environmental protection.
Zlatna Reka Resources remains committed to safeguarding natural heritage and enhancing the ecosystems of Mount Rogozna.
